History

Brad Johnson is a graduate of Clemson University's mechanical engineering program. He has been a licensed residential builder and licensed general contractor for 12 years and a licensed home inspector for 8 years. Absolute Inspection Service LLC uses a narrative format with a summary and picture pages. We offer a full line of environmental testing.

Brad's mold testing certification is from the Pro-Lab company of Florida. Testing includes water, radon, asbestos, lead paint and mold. Absolute Inspection Service LLC's home inspections include a visible inspection of the grounds, exterior, interior, structure, attic, slab, insulation, crawl space, drainage, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, garage, bathrooms, kitchen and outbuildings. We encourage sellers to have an inspection in order to speed the contract process as well as attract buyers.
